Cancellation Policy for “DockCalc” Software
Thank you for choosing DockCalc software. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your purchase. This cancellation policy outlines the process for cancelling your order and invalidating the previously purchased license.
Cancellation Requests:
If you wish to cancel your order for DockCalc software, please send a cancellation request to our customer support team within 14 days of the original purchase date. You can reach us via email at info@dockcalc.com.
License Invalidation:
Upon receiving your cancellation request, you will need to follow the steps below to invalidate the previously purchased license on your computer:
- a) Launch DockCalc software on your computer.
- b) Access the license management section within the software.
- c) Select the “Invalidate License” option.
- d) The software will automatically generate a unique cancellation token on your computer.
Submitting the Cancellation Token:
To complete the cancellation process, please include the cancellation token in your cancellation request. The cancellation token is a unique code generated by the DockCalc software on your computer, serving as proof that the license has been invalidated. You can find the cancellation token in the license management section of the software.
If the cancellation token cannot be generated (for example due to damage or major failure of the computer the software was licensed to), please contact us at info@dockcalc.com!
Refund Eligibility:
If you cancel your purchase within 14 days of the original purchase date and provide the required cancellation token, you may be eligible for a refund. Please refer to our refund policy for more details on refund eligibility and any associated fees.
